Opco is a list of organisations approved by the Ministry of Labor whose role is to support, collect and manage the contributions of companies for the financing of professional training. ORINOX assists you in designing and deploying training courses eligible for FNE-Training 2022.
All companies (in the private sector) in partial activity, in difficulty, in transition or in recovery, whatever their size and whatever the level of activity. All employees on fixed-term and permanent contracts, whether or not they are in partial activity (except for trainees, interns and employees on sick leave).
All training courses that take place remotely or in person and whose pedagogical path allows the achievement of a professional objective, with evaluations guaranteeing the acquisition of skills, even if the training does not lead to certification. Compulsory training (safety, hygiene, etc.) is excluded.
Each skills development plan must be submitted to the DIRECTE or its OPCO with the following elements:
The data and the agreement of the employee concerned;
The requested training, its program and the FOAD modalities (for distance learning);
The training date;
The quote from the selected training organization.
