Commitment of means: provision of a resource or a team in the form of a grouped service. We mobilize multi-disciplinary teams of technicians and engineers who are directly seconded to customer sites but can also intervene remotely. Our customers often prefer the “in situ” solution for reasons of confidentiality, computer security, industrial secrecy, and responsiveness. The possibility for remote assistance, partially or totally, can meet the need to optimize transportation and service costs in cases where the resource is located far from the customer’s site.
ORINOX takes charge of the whole scope of a customer project: commitment of means with the provision of a team often contracted in the form of work units. The scope of the intervention is defined beforehand and specified during an initialization phase. ORINOX commits to the quality of service (productivity, management, qualification, and availability of resources). At the end of the service, a transition phase known as reversibility allows the client to take over the scope they entrusted to us at the start, plus any changes made by ORINOX. We mobilize multidisciplinary teams of technicians and engineers, directly seconded on customer sites and/or working remotely.
At ORINOX, more than 25% of our activities are delivered on a fixed price basis. We pool some of our resources on several projects and have real experience in increasing the skills of our employees through engaging them in various projects.
Our service delivery provides a response to the production of a project defined in advance by a scope (specifications), a cost (budget) and delivery deadlines. We produce these projects most often on our premises (“ex situ”) with a commitment to results and a fixed price.
As a trusted third party, we provide our customers with a standardized framework (methods and processes) allowing for rapid production and quality. This industrialized model also allows us to capitalize on and standardize the services delivered and to benefit from feedback in order to further improve the service we provide.
