AVEVA – CATALOG PIPING

Training objectives :

• Create and edit categories
• Create cocotables
• Create component families (Gpart)
• Create and modify piping and nozzle specifications
• Create weight tables via propcon
• Ensure the validity of a catalog (3D and 2D)

Prerequisites :

• Knowledge of the world of general installation and support
• Knowledge of PDMS or E3D software, or having completed the training sessions “Aveva E3D User Model” and “Aveva E3D User Draw”

Intended for :

• All general installation design office personnel: Technician / Engineer

Schedule :

Day 1: Paragon module overview and creation of a connection table
Presentation and organization of catalog databases.
Creation of piping components.
Creation of text and designation of components.
Creating connection tables.

Day 2: Specifications and Propcon module
Creation of component families (Gpart).
Creation of piping and tubing specifications.
Creation and management of properties (via the Propcon module).

Day 3: Bolts management
Creation of a configurable valve.
Creation of bolting components and bolting tables.
Creation of bolting specifications
